Vanessa Lopez

Vanessa Lopez has been practicing theater since her childhood. Her passion led her to lead workshops for children, then for teens.

The CAS in theatrical animation and mediation that she finished in 2017 inspired her new projects: intergenerational theater workshops and workshops for teachers as part of the continuing education programs of HEP Fribourg and BEJUNE.

She also creates mediation projects and follows numerous courses and trainings in order to improve her skills (forum theater, inclusive culture, mediation in schools, etc.). The TKM (Théâtre Kléber-Méleau), under the direction of Omar Porras, offered her a new opportunity in 2019: to be in charge of touring outdoor shows and to be responsible for the new mediation activities.

By training, she is an elementary school teacher. In this context, she has co-created two shows involving more than sixty students from 7th-8th Harmos. This profession helps her to propose activities really adapted to the school environment, during animations in class or in what she suggests in the pedagogical files that she creates.

In 2021, she is a lecturer in the CAS in theatrical animation and mediation delivered by La Manufacture.
